How do I create a menu QR code?

Choose your menu, create a QR code and test it on a phone.

  1. Check your published menu first

    Open the guest menu link and confirm the intended menu is published. A QR code opens a link; it does not publish a draft.

  2. Open QR codes

    In your dashboard, choose QR codes and create a new code. Enter a label you can recognise, such as terrace or table 1.

  3. Choose the target and placement

    Choose the full menu space or a specific menu. Select a placement and decide whether to include your venue logo in the code.

  4. Save and download

    After creating the code, copy its link or download the QR code as PNG. The print kit offers a printable layout and an SVG file.

  5. Test before printing

    Scan the code with a phone. Check the venue and menu that open, then test a print at its actual size before placing it on tables.
