How do I organise categories?

Group your dishes and arrange categories in an order guests can follow.

  1. Open the relevant menu

    Choose the menu whose structure you want to change. Decide which order will help guests find their dishes.

  2. Create clear categories

    Add a category with a short name, such as breakfast or main dishes. Use the edit action to rename an existing category.

  3. Assign your dishes

    Choose the appropriate category when editing a dish. Check that it sits where a guest would expect to find it.

  4. Arrange the order

    Use the category and dish drag handles to reorder them. Review the final order and category visibility before publishing.

  5. Check the guest menu

    Publish your draft changes. Open the menu on a phone and move between categories to check the navigation.
