How do I view menu analytics?

Explore menu views and guest activity. Advanced analytics need the appropriate plan and permissions.

  1. Open analytics

    Choose analytics in the dashboard. Use an account with permission to view this venue’s analytics.

  2. Choose a period and filters

    Set a date range and the filters you need. Use equivalent periods when comparing results.

  3. Explore views and interest

    Check QR scans, menu views and dish opens. In the relevant traffic and menu views, explore distributions, searches and the guest journey.

  4. Review available details

    Move between tabs and explore the data available to your account. Advanced owner insights are restricted by plan and access.

  5. Export where available

    If the current view offers a CSV download, use it for the selected data. Keep the period and filter context so you can compare files accurately.
