How do I change my subscription?

Check your current plan, its limits and the terms for changing your subscription.

  1. Open subscription management

    Go to billing in your dashboard. Check your current plan, subscription status and next billing date where shown.

  2. Compare plans with your needs

    Review the available plans and limits. Your menu price currency is separate from the currency used to bill your subscription.

  3. Read the terms before confirming

    When choosing a plan or opening billing management, read the amount, period and terms shown by the payment provider. Then confirm the change you want.

  4. Find invoices and the portal

    Review the available invoices on the billing page. Use the portal action connected to your account’s provider to manage payment details.

  5. Manage cancellation if needed

    For an active subscription, use cancel and read the confirmation dialog. If cancellation is scheduled for the next billing date, the available restore action lets you change it. Check the resulting status.
